Service User Console Guide

This page provides a complete guide to using the Service User section of the Namirasoft Account Console. It clarifies how to create and manage identities for machines or automation tools that interact with Namirasoft services.

What Is a Service User?

A Service User is a dedicated account identity used by a machine, script, or external system to access Namirasoft services through the API. Unlike a personal User account, it is not tied to your personal email.

Why Service Users Matter

Service Users allow secure automation and integration without exposing personal login credentials. Each Service User is linked to Service Sessions, which control access and activity for external tools.

Overview of Service User Fields and Options

This section describes the fields you’ll encounter when creating or editing a Service User in the Console:

  • ID (String): This is the unique identifier automatically assigned to each Service User record. It is used internally by Namirasoft systems to reference the specific Service User without ambiguity.

  • User ID (Namirasoft Account’s ID): This is the unique identifier of the primary user account that owns or manages this Service User. It links the Service User record to its associated main Namirasoft account.

  • Name (String): This is the display name assigned to the Service User. It helps identify the Service User within Namirasoft applications, especially when managing multiple automated accounts.

  • Email (String): This is a system-generated email address assigned by Namirasoft specifically for the Service User. It is not associated with any human user and exists solely for API authentication and automation processes.

  • Created At (DateTime): This is the exact date and time when the Service User record was created in Namirasoft.

  • Updated At (DateTime): This is the most recent date and time when the Service User record was modified.
